•CURRENT CANON POINT: post-canon in the 'Coterie' ending with Rofe and peaceful resolution per the tsar and Rasputin
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Wiktor is a handsome young man of medium build and decent height, with unruly wavy brown hair and facial hair, dressed as befits an affluent man in 1905 Warsaw + his grimoire at his hip. He has pale blue eyes, and he tends to emote with his hands.
•DEMEANOR: Smug and snarky and sarcastic, pretty much as a default; if he isn't being flippant, you fucked up.
•ABILITIES: Overview is here and a permissions page for his powers here. He's also a *mean* brawler, surprisingly.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's been in a mental hospital for a few years. Other than that, nothing significant.
•CABIN INFORMATION: His door looks like the front door of his family's home in Warsaw, and all of the rooms match. His door opens to the den which leads to the kitchen on the right and his father's (and now his) study (second floor) which has a door to his bedroom on left side, a bathroom on the right.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: He'll react poorly to anti-semitism, misogyny, anti-thaumaturgical commentary, and especially to anything anti-Polish.
